DMS(Document Management System) had been used by our client since 2018. The implementation of this project took 12 months, starting from the analysis of our clients needs to deliver the final product and conduct training for the employees.
Since the implementation of our product, we constantly offer 2nd and 3rd level support for our client, based on a clear change management system.
With the help of the Change Management System, our client can request changes to the application or report bugs, while we review the request, offer estimations and plan the deployment process.
